What we collect and why

Forms (contact, adoption, fostering, volunteering, partnership): name, email, phone, city and whatever you write. Used only to reply to your message or application.
Donation report: if you leave your email after donating, we use it only to thank you and send a report on how funds were spent.
Analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity): only if you accept cookies. It helps us understand how the site is used so help reaches more animals.

We never sell or rent personal data. We keep data only as long as needed for its purpose.

Donations and payments

Donations go directly to the association’s bank account 160-6000002057858-40 (Banca Intesa) via e-banking, a bank app (IPS QR) or a payment slip. The IPS QR code is generated in your browser — we never see or store your card or account details. All payments are in Serbian dinars (RSD).

Where card payments are available, they are processed by a certified provider (AllSecure / Banca Intesa) with 3D Secure and PCI-DSS standards; card details are never available to the association. Card refunds are made only to the same card.

Cancelling a donation

To cancel a donation, email udruzenje.hog@gmail.com within 24 hours of payment — after that the funds may already be spent on treating and caring for animals.

Cookies

The site only uses essential local storage (e.g. to remember your cookie choice or a dismissed notice). Analytics and marketing cookies load only after your consent, which you can withdraw by clearing site data in your browser.

Your rights

Under Serbia’s Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, restrict processing and object. Send requests to udruzenje.hog@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
